What is being grounded?
Being “grounded” means that you’re more present in your body and feel balanced within yourself. You’re able to stay mentally and emotionally stable no matter what’s going on around you. When you’re not grounded, you tend to be thrown off balance quickly.

Brings a calmer state which in turn gives more clarity and less anxiety.
Helps manage issues like overeating, obsessive thoughts, confusion.
If you are a highly sensitive person, being properly grounded is almost essential.
